ErgMAPS utilizes job-specific risk factor screening and evaluation tools as they relate to the manufacturing environments. Each environment presents different ergonomic risk factors and ErgMAPS has a methodology to specifically address them on an individual basis. Our System To Assign Risk Thresholds (START) is our ergonomic screening tool and our System To Evaluate Ergonomic Risk (STEER) is our ergonomic evaluation tool. By using these two tools in our case management system, your company can identify, evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate ergonomic risk.

Each case management system comes with its own completely customized solutions database. By automating the selection of solutions to those that are specific to those risk factors greatly reduces the breadth of search and also the time it takes to find a specific solution.

Each job will have a series of reports generated based on the type of forms the user completes. The “owner” of each job will have the ability to upload photos for each body part and risk factor being assessed.
