ErgMAPS'
Office Ergonomic Case Management System is a comprehensive, multi-user,
web based application designed to meet the needs of ergonomic and
safety professionals. Our software gives the ability to manage employee
ergonomic evaluations, track email and telephone
conversations, and upload pictures and videos all in one place. Our system consists of 5 distinct sections: Employee
Diary: The Employee Diary is a repository for all communication
between the employee and ergonomist. This area becomes a history
of phone calls and emails that can be reviewed at any time.REMOTE (Risk Evaluation Monitoring Of The Employee): The REMOTE evaluation is an efficient screening tool for evaluating an employee’s ergonomic needs via telephone conferences. PDF reports with recommendations are sent to appropriate individuals. START (System To Assign Risk Thresholds): The START risk factor screening tool is a web based form that allows for easy and quick identification of the presence of major ergonomic risk factors. Evaluations are completed in-person via an internet enabled device. Evaluators are able to attach pictures and videos to the evaluations and PDF report with recommendations for easy transmittal to appropriate individuals. SAFE (Self Assessment Of The Employees) review: The SAFE evaluation is a web-based tool that enables individual employees to self-assess ergonomic needs in their workspaces and receive customized solutions unique to their issues. ErgMAPS’ Ergonomic Management System links to SAFE software to allow the ergonomist to review an individual’s SAFE evaluation(s) to monitor progress and assist with future needs. Administrative and Reporting: The administrative area allows program administrators to edit/add/remove recommendations, upload paper documents (i.e. evaluations, work orders), pictures, videos, and track emails and telephone conversations in an employee diary. The reporting dashboard helps mine the evaluation data into useful reports which can be exported into Microsoft Office. Sample START Questions: ![]() |
